The Fundamentals Corporate Rider
SOUND, STAGE, LIGHTING AND POWER REQUIREMENTS:
A. Sound system for the event to be provided by: The Fundamentals

B. Stage lighting for the event to be provided by: The Fundamentals

C. In the event The Fundamentals will be providing sound and lighting, PURCHASER agrees to provide adequate power for the performance.
ADEQUATE POWER IS ESSENTIAL for the best possible show.
»Nine (9) separate twenty (20) amp circuits are required
»A power distribution box is to be provided by the venue and placed to one side of the stage.

D. PURCHASER agrees to provide staging for the performance.
»A 16 x 36 x 3 stage or riser with an 8 x 6 x 1 drum riser is ideal for the best possible show.
»A 16 x 32 or 12 x 36 stage or riser with an 8 x 6 x 1 drum riser is acceptable.
»If none of these options are feasible, all alternatives must be discussed prior to performance.

All precautions must be taken to insure that said stage is securely assembled, (i.e.: no cracks or spaces between sections) to guarantee safety of all band members during performance.

F. PURCHASER agrees, whenever possible, to provide one (1) follow spot plus operator for the performance. The follow spot should be placed 50-70 feet from center stage on a 4 x 6 x 3 riser with steps.

DRESSING ROOM:
PURCHASER agrees to provide a private dressing/break area equipped with at least one mirror and adequate seating for sixteen (16) members.

PURCHASER agrees, when possible, to provide fourteen (14) clean hand towels for The Fundamentals use during the performance.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Please choose one of the following.
A.) If guests are provided with meals, PURCHASER agrees to provide The Fundamentals with sixteen (16) meals.

If the above meal is not feasible PURCHASER agrees to provide The Fundamentals with the following meal choice:

B.) Vendor Meal - Hot chicken or beef meal and salad with assorted breads, and desserta for sixteen (16) members. (Please include one vegetarian meal)

PURCHASER agrees to provide the following BEVERAGES:
»Two cases Bottled Spring Water - non carbonated.
»Two cases Soft Drinks (Pepsi, Coke and 7 Up, Diet and Regular)
»Please supply Hot Coffee, Hot Water with assorted Teas and Ice Water to last throughout the entire evening.

PURCHASER agrees to provide all of the above at no expense to The Fundamentals.
