SOUND, STAGE, LIGHTING AND POWER REQUIREMENTS: A. Sound system for the event to be provided by: The Fundamentals B. Stage lighting for the event to be provided by: The Fundamentals C. POWER REQUIREMENTS Option #1: Nine (9) separate twenty (20) amp circuits are required for the best possible show. Whenever possible, a power distribution box is to be provided and placed to one side of the stage or performance area. Option #2: If the above power requirement is not available, four (4) separate twenty (20) amp circuits will suffice. Option #3: If neither of the above options are available, all alternatives must be discussed prior to performance. D. PURCHASER agrees to provide stage, risers and/or adequate space for the performance. »A 16 x 32 x 2 stage or riser is ideal for the best possible show. »A 12 x 32, 12 x 28 or 12 x 24 stage, riser or space is acceptable. »Other size and space options are feasible, but must be discussed prior to performance. All precautions must be taken to insure that said stage or riser is securely assembled, (i.e.: no cracks or spaces between sections) to guarantee safety of all band members during performance. E. PURCHASER agrees to be liable for any of The Fundamentals equipment that is damaged throughout the course of the event by guests and/or venue. DRESSING ROOM: PURCHASER agrees to make the best possible effort to provide a private dressing/break area equipped with at least one mirror and adequate seating for twelve (12) members. FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Please choose one of the following. A.) If guests are provided with meals, PURCHASER agrees to provide The Fundamentals with twelve (12) said meals. If the above meal is not feasible PURCHASER agrees to provide The Fundamentals with the following meal choice: B.) Vendor Meal - Hot chicken or beef meal and salad with assorted breads, and dessert plates for twelve (12) members. (Please include one vegetarian meal) PURCHASER agrees to provide the following BEVERAGES: »One and one half cases of non carbonated Bottled Water (Calistoga, Crystal Geyser, etc.) »One and one half cases of Soft Drinks (Coke, Pepsi and 7 Up, Diet and Regular please) »Please supply Hot Coffee, Hot Water with assorted Teas and Ice Water to last throughout the entire evening. PURCHASER agrees to provide all of the above at no expense to The Fundamentals.
